I don't know how close is too close to have things next to the pipes on my kit but I don't want to have any problems. I didn't wrap the pipes before the kit went in but I did wrap the downpipe after it was installed(not easy). Now my concern is that on3 has a charge pipe with a silicone coupler running pretty close the the up pipe and I don't want it to melt the coupler. By pretty close I mean like 3/4 to 1". What do you guys think? The more I think about it I think I should just go through the extra trouble to take the up pipe back out and wrap it.

Yes wrap it! At a minimum do the up/down pipe. And yeah, you should have done them before installing.

Dammit, that's what I thought you would say. I used zip ties to hold the ps lines and stuff away but they are even still closer than I would like
