Is the mount necessary or will the stock mount suffice?

On my Bullitt I used the stock mount for a while. The bolt holes are larger than the bolt diameter so there will be some slop and clunking unless you use some shims such as these: http://umiperformance.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=12_131&products_id=341

I eventually went with the BMR mount since I was drag racing and putting a lot of load on that mount.

If you want used, here you go if you can't find BMR pieces.

I'd check the Steeda site before buying.
Make sure the "05-14" is correct.
