WTB: Charcoal Black Seat Cushion Valance

I am looking for Charcoal Black Interior Seat Cushion Valance part number 62186B. my will not attach to the seat any more. Also does any know how to take off the Recliner Adjustment Handle?

Pull it out as far as you can. Take a smaller flat head and go between the valance and the handle. Theres a small U shape clip (dont know what theyre called) Get under it and pry it up till it comes off and the handle will come right out.
