Yes another Wheel/Tire fitment question.

Is anyone running an 18 X 10 Wheels with a 42mm offset on their Mustang? If so, what size tire and any rubbing issues. If not, anyone know what is the widest tire able to fit under the S197 body this wheel size and offset with no issues.

It'll fit, but the real question is caliper clearance...if ya hadn't noticed lol. What wheels are you looking at?

To answer your question, I've heard of people running as wide as 285s, but I personally wouldn't go over 275.

Guys who run a GT500 wheel tire combo have 285's on the rear. A lot of GT500 wheel guys ditch the 285's and go with 305's.

I have 18x10 rears with 45mm offset and 184mm backspacing and I am running a 305/40R18 with no issues.
