    Check to see if the throttle blades are moving when key is on and you mash pedal .I agree with above may be bad wiring .

    hello Have some of the same issues ..same codes etc. also had sct plugged in and blew dtc. 10 amp fuse . Do you have wiring digram ?are they anything else on this circuit other than the obd II . 05 Mustang gt turbo charged
