    3650 5th Gear

    The car has a 3:55 rear gear right now. I would like to swap for the 4:10 for acceleration off the corners, but that is going to limit my top speed unless 5th gear becomes usable with the 4:10/.74. Right now, with the 3:55, it won't pull itself out of a hole. It bogs-down. I'm looking for...

    Does anyone know if someone out there is machining a usable 5th gear for the race track? .74 is all that is offered, unlike some other transmissions with a .82 or .84, the 3650 does not have that available. Changing from a stock .68 to a .74 isn't going to make a lot of difference. I want to...
