    Bad PCM?

    Have you done any "Wiggle" testing at the connectors to the items related to the codes? Clear codes. With the car running, wiggle thr individual connectors and see if there is a wiring issue.

    Actually a scanner with Mode 6 capabilities should show these events if it is truley a misfire. Is the car in question an Auto or Manual?

    Voltage regulator or alternator replacement? 2005 v6

    Deffinitely replace the whole alternator. Also check the Smart Junction Box for any signs of water intrusion.
