I have a similar problem. I live in florida and it rains daily, so instead of washing it everyday to remove the water spots I use Turtle Wax Ice and a microfiber cloth. The good thing about this wax is you can also use it on the black moldings as well as glass. Hope this helps...- Badass5.0&S197
