Why was your original payment method "voided" ?? I've never heard of them (CJ Pony, or any other internet/mail order company)
demanding that you use specifically PAYPAL
@bullitt1011 - do you know if a 17x9 +24mm offset will fit on the fronts and rears ?? this is for a 2005 Mustang GT - (these wheel specs are for a SN95) but based on your prior post here, I think they may work ?? I know they will be pushed further out but hopefully not TOO much with excessive...
Its no problem running deep dish wheels on a S197 - have a read of this - https://www.s197forum.com/threads/10-wide-wheels-up-front.37251/#post-2541309
Thanks for reviving this thread, I'm wanting to order a "custom made" set of American racing torque thrust 2 wheels but I want the deep dish style
in 18x10 - does anyone here know the difference between all the AR Torque Thrust styles? There are a LOT of different AR Torque Thrust wheels.
I...
Following - I have a 2010 with the standard halogen headlights - I'd like to learn more about the "kit" for installing the 2013-2014 headlights into my 2010.
@OX1 - what is the size and ET of the FRONT wheel in this pic ??
Reason I ask is that the 18x9 et +30 that AM sells now appears to have a much deeper lip, much closer to the lip on your rear wheels - can you please confirm?
@OX1 - Funny, I had the same set up.
I was BIG into Fox bodies for over 20 years, had over a dozen, so easy to build and race - they were fun, I especially liked the 85's, last year for the carb.
@oldVOR - This is the EXACT set up I will get if I decide against using 18x9 Bullitt wheels - I really like these Apex wheels (and the 19" Forgestar F14 wheel as well) - thanks for posting the pic - his car looks great
@Pentalab - Measure rim width for the 275/45/18 is 9" - rim width range is 8.5 - 10.5
I'm not going to any track days - my car is a car show garage queen and casual Sunday morning drive to Cars & Coffee so I dont think it should be an issue
@OX1 - thanks again for the info - my OEM 245/45/19's are 27.7"
I am strongly considering using the Bullitt's 18x9 30 or 34 et (AM's are +30et & American Racing are +34et)
with 275/45/18's square - The 275/45/18 size is rated for an 8.5-10.5 rim width so 9" wide rim is ideal - IMO, it should...
@Pentalab - guys on the other forums disagree with you - I've never tried them myself but other guys tell me its no problem and it handles same as stock - see this link Bridgestone Potenza Sport | 275/45R18 (tirerack.com) there are a variety of 275/45/18's (and 19's) available - they are 27.7"...
@Pentalab - @OX1 - @FredB66 - @oldVOR
What are your thoughts on using a 275/45/18 tire on an 18x9 +34 et (or +30) wheel on all fours ?? I want the 45 series for the added overall diameter - they match my OEM 19" tire diameter exactly at 27.7 inches and IMO, they fill up the wheel openings better.
@Pentalab - @FredB66 - @Wow, good info there for sure, thanks for sharing.....
