If it is reletivly small and not creased you can get a DIY kit at O Riellys. 20 ish buck or so.

Ford made a new castings to fix the issue in early 2005. The new head is like 1500 buck so most people just do the 125$ cooling mod.

Have a question for anyone that lives around the Louisville area. Anyone ever heard, dealt with this dealership? They have a white 07 that I'm looking at but it's a bit of a drive and don't want to waste my time if they have a reputation of being shady. Obviously I would look at the car myself...
