Today I ordered a pair of clutch / brake pedal extenders from CJ Pony Parts. I also found an entry from 2012 on this site where someone else ordered a pair of the extenders. I was unable to find how they worked for that person, but I look forward to having the pedals 1.5" higher than they are...

Smaller pads on the pedals would be fine, the pedals are already quite small, but if smaller pads exist, please refer me to them. Several times I have done internet searches for a solution to this problem and found nothing. Heating and bending may be a solution, but it presents a huge liability...

Is there a reputable source of aftermarket brake and clutch pedals that space the pedals farther apart? I often push down on the brake pedal, and contact the accelerator at the same time. Sneaker shoe size, 12 EEE

Thank-you for your response. Calipers are original. I have pressure bled them every year, despite very low miles. When new I changed the driveshaft for a one piece one, air box, subframe connectors, some other things.

Instead of squandering 18 quarts of expensive oil in less than a month, I suggest you lower your change intervals from 5000 miles, to 2000 miles
