    I would try swapping your throttle body out. I had this issue not too long ago and turned out to the the Idle Air Control Valve, which is located on the throttle body. What you're describing sounds like this issue exactly. Best of luck!

    Ensure the terminals are tight and PCM just may need to relearn throttle position. Let it idle for a bit and drive it around. If the issue persists, I would look at diagnosing the issue then.
