Get to the bottom of what Mark? I was just popping in and don't have time to type out a long diatribe.
I presume it is Kane you are referring to. There is a lot more to the story that you either don't know or aren't saying. Considering you have a full Griggs setup already, you don't have a dog...
Plain and simple -
If you don't know how it works you have absolutely no business buying it.
Spend your money on safety and comfort. Worry about going faster later. That torque arm costs as much as a set of tires.
What pads are you running in the rear? Many people think old school and go with a lighter compound in the rear. The car has electronic brake force distribution. I had the same problem. Stepping up the compund in the rear to the same as the front cured it. You will also notice the ass...
I'm surprised to hear the lower grille is discontinued. I'll check up on that. Agent 47 actually makes their products. I've actually had my hands on the mold for the grille. I do know it's an expensive process to make them, because the molds are only good for so many units.
Same here. The one thing I do like about the Earl's lines is that they are longer. It really comes in handy when you are changing pads and rotors at the track - more slack to find a good place to hang the caliper.
Mine came with backwards brackets too.....
Hey Mark -
I didn't know that was a Shelby grille. At a glance it looks like the FR500s. Did you try blanking anything off behind it, like the plates available for that grille?
Did you ever do an undertray up front or do you still have just the Steeda splitter?
Post some pics of your...
I agree with you on 95% of that Sam. Having a torque arm car, a 3 link car, and multiple 4 links in the past - i'll take a 3 link any day.
The Griggs stuff on my car came on it. I've slowly been swapping everything out so that it is all Maximum Motorsports. I'll never give Griggs a dime of my...
I hate to hijack a thread that has already been hijacked once, but um - can you explain this a little more Sam? Not to sound like an ass, but this statement is misleading.
I'd hate to think pieces designed by the engineers at Griggs and Maximum are "flimsy". The only road racers running stock...
Those camber plates look identical to KW's. KW also paints thier springs and tenders yellow.
I don't know about the Koni connection, but that's easy enough to find out.
