No idea. None of them have it. Maybe because the Z06 has a wider body than the C7 in the rear, but the didn't widen the front? It runs wider tires front and back. Maybe this was there way to not have a half inch of tire sticking out the front?

Just use the tool to remove it. It's not a big deal. Next time spray them with some PB Blaster and let it sit for a while before you try. The key is you just have to be gentle with them. It's a stupid design, but every car has their fucked up thing.

Did a sit down with the shop that tunes my car and we're gonna swap out some work. They gave me a 03 Cobra Crank to inspire me... I said fuck it, let's do it. I'm having my brother take some parts to the powder coater tomorrow, and then this weekend, I'm gonna start getting all the parts...

Y'all were right. Very little interest in my car as a project. Sinner offered me a short block for it, so I'm gonna go ahead a build it back with stock internals, de-tune it, and sell it as a running car later on. Thanks for the input.
