What's the best way to get off a stuck brake rotor?

Never seen that way done before. Might try it next time, but smacking the hell out of them is a good stress reliever if you are replacing the rotors anyways.

Leaking differential cover: repair with gasket or RTV

Black RTV, but don't go crazy with it. Some people snug the bolts, and then tighten to full torque later, but I have never had an issue taking them down to full tightness from the start and filling with oil right away.

    Paint chip rust removal

This is what I did on mine. It worked decently enough for run of the mill black paint on a everyday driven car. I got it at autozone for like 10 bucks if I remember right.

    LED headlights question(s)

I am going to go with something around the 4300-5000k range. I am digging around the retrofit source right now, and I see some at 4500k I like.

    LED headlights question(s)

Sealed beams are stupid dim. That's what the Wrangler had on it. I feel you on the XJ lights. I had one before and they were just as bad as the Wrangler's sealed beams. My Hella setup came in on Saturday and went on shortly after. It is a halogen housing, with H4 bulbs. They give me just...

    LED headlights question(s)

First sentence I understand completely. The knockoffs are more a testing the waters to see if I like the color, and light output before spending a lot on something that is not what I care for. Again I like the light output and pattern in dry weather, and was hoping I got lucky. I found a guy...

    LED headlights question(s)

I know there are a few Jeep people on here, and everyone loves to see at night while driving so here goes. Thanks in advance due to long post. Backstory- I purchased my 2000 Jeep Wrangler in the past couple months. I couldn't stand how dim the stock headlights were, and didn't want to drop...

2005 Mustang GT, replaced battery, now wrench light and no throttle

Call the parts store and see since each store is different on what they have. They may rent them, but it is a good tool to purchase if you have a little to spare. I got the one below, and use it all the time. Haven't had any issue's out of it...

    Wallpaper removal tips

This. I went days trying to get old wallpaper off my old house years ago, and ended up saying f@ck it and bought new drywall in the end. The stuff had been up so long it was bringing down chunks of the old drywall with it. I did the solutions you leave on it, and the wall roller deals that...

New house, new renovation project :)

You can get the 2 ton new from HF for 110 bucks if you wait for the coupon. Legs fold up, and the arm goes in far enough to not make it a big pain storing it. I had to buy the 2 ton one to clear the hood of my trans am since my 1 ton's arm wouldn't extend far enough even when trying to load in...

    Post your daily driver.

Did the bumper, headlights, shocks, steering stabilizer, fluids, and put the hard top on since I got it a few weeks ago. I still have parts waiting to go on, but I have been lazy.

    Replaced the totaled Mustang

I am so far. It gives me time to work on the spare car some more now, which I was using as my commuter after the wreck. It's an 03 Grand Cherokee I am going to be turning into a nice little camping, and week long trip rig to take the kid out in easier.

    Replaced the totaled Mustang

Well it is not a Mustang, but I am on the hunt for a fox to hold me over on that front. I picked up a 2000 Wrangler Sahara with 65k original miles with the 4.0, auto, soft and hard tops, new tires, battery, radiator, and a 2 inch lift on it. I have already ordered a front bumper, new shocks all...
