    Welcome.... Need more info. How many miles does the car have. How up to date on the general maintenance is this Mustang ? Maintenance would be my first concern. Neither of the options you posted would be first on my list. But we all have our own preferences.

    I have alwaysnl gotten a pop when starting my Mustang. It had a Alpine when we picked it up. Was having issues, so immediately replaced it. I just thought the pop was normal and had something to do with the remote wire and amplifiers.

    Congratulation! The big 4 0. I know the feeling. Our mustang was built for what my wife liked. After the bodysuit went on? She stopped driving it. "I have to be too careful". With age l, she has gotten to a pij the doesn't want to be in it due to the loud exhaust. Oh well. It's my toy now.

    I like it. And I would also replace my cam. With something more lopey. But mine is not a daily driver. And it can sit if I blow stuff up with the miles I have.

    They were a little different. The GLH was a 2.2 n/a or 2.2 turbo. Belive the colt was a 1.6 turbo.
