    Help with ON3 2006 GT!

Thanks for all the input and ideas. We found the problem today, embarrassingly enough. Despite a million tests, checks and eyes on this thing, I found the culprit today accidentally. When the boost pipe came off, we lost one of the clamps. As it turns out, this clamp shot up the intake pipe...

No. It's at my friend's place about 30 miles away. I'll have a new MAF to try in the morning, otherwise I'm SOL, LOL.

    Help with ON3 2006 GT!

Photos are misleading. That MBC isn't being used anymore. The previous owner left it underhood when the new one was installed in cabin. We have been smoke testing and checking every line on the car to find leaks. I cut all the zip ties to check all the hoses. These photos just don't show it...

Leak tested the entire exhaust/ turbo system. Smoke tested the intake. Even tried propane and carb cleaner on it before that. I'm...

    Help with ON3 2006 GT!

We just checked it on the scan tool. It never reads over 75.7% WOT. Not sure if it's always that way, but it's odd. Closed throttle reads 18%

    Help with ON3 2006 GT!

We've tested for every kind of leak imaginable. Reset the KAM. I even checked compression and leak down in the unlikely event the boost lost damaged the engine. We've all but checked to make sure the earth didn't start spinning in a different direction overnight lol. I'm keeping my fingers...

    Help with ON3 2006 GT!

First of all, I'm new here. Just bought an 06 GT with an on3 turbo. It's set at 5lbs while the freshly rebuilt engine breaks in. So I'll keep this brief. I drove the car from Oklahoma to MN with zero problems. Absolutely none. When I got home I turned the manual boost control up to 6 psi from 5...
