I am suffering a case of 3rd gear grind after the car has been sitting for 8 hours. But like you said, it's fine once the fluid travels through the tranny. Any help on this topic would be appreciated.
On an N/A motor:
You will recieve a 10HP increase when you do the CMVC delete plates with a stock manifold,
Yet a 15 HP increase with this manifold....
Basicaly that means that this manifold is only a 5HP increase over the stock plenum with delete plates.
$800 for 15HP is not a wise investment...

It was even up until that point (I did however have a 250LB dude 6'3" in the passanger seat) LOL
I have heard,seen and read a few times that the factory exhaust system flows very well and by changing to LTs + mid pipes will only gain you 10rwhp on a Stock block N/A motor ----- Now it has been Dyno Proven.
I can't personally justify spending $1000 on an exhaust for an end result of an...

I got the UCA,LCAs from Ted @ TotalMustangSupply.com - he actually got the stuff from the place I bought my sway bar delete- Marc @ UPRproducts.com . I have also spoken with Pat @ Steeda.com about picking up some springs.
Also BlowByRacing.com has some good deals.
I really like the way my FlowTech axle backs sound combined with my BBK Tune Length (shorty) headers and stock catted H-Pipe. It's has virtually no resonance and have gotten many complements on it. Prices were great too. Got the FlowTechs from Jegs for $189 and the BBK from JCwhitney for $200...

I was thinking of getting creative and using the smooth side of a velcro strip where the rubber stops used to be so I won't have to worry about losing those damn cheaper rubber stops again.
There is also a "ALUMINUM FLYWHEEL" to replace the factory steel one for the clutch.About 13lb savings
In addition, I had my MOTOR MOUNTs changed. The stock ones were 2 very heavy big Rubber/Steel hydraulic units probably 15 lbs each - the replacements were stiffer Prothane Urathane Aluminum...
