A set of Ford Performance 4.10 axle gears, a TCI 3000rpm stall torque converter, and a retune to adjust for the new gears/stall will absolutely transform your car.
I came across your mustang build site and wanted to come tell you thanks for doing a write-up of it all, it's really helping me out choose my next mods to renew my 09 Bullitt with 150k miles back to shape as its golden days haha. Keep up the good work!

I'm planning to buy a few things like CAI/Tune/BBK LTH/Cams this year and get it running good, its basically stock right now. Before those things though, I'm replacing most of my suspension with things like the BMR K-member/BMR LCA/UCA before I do the performance items.
    Dino:

I've run one tank of gas through my 08GT since I installed plastic panel to smooth airflow. The tank gave me 20.8mpg as opposed to a little under 20 on the previous tanks. The computer said I was getting 22.1mpg as opposed to 21.4 without the panel. I think it's a little early to say anything definite, but it is encouraging.

Anyway, thanks!. After a couple more tanks I post about it.

Hi. You made a comment about cam phasers. Do you believe stock cam phasers are safe if the RPM is kept below 5500-6000? I have the Ford Hot Rod cams which I believe were installed by the Ford dealer.

They should be fine as long as you limit the rpm to 6500 and only rev the engine that high in short bursts. However it's important to keep up with regular oil changes, use a premium quality oil, and check the oil level regularly to ensure long term reliability.
