    Thanks for all the input folks. I filed a case with Ford just a few minutes ago and the rep escalated the issue to a case supervisor, not sure how that works to be honest but the case information has also been sent to the dealership so we'll see how it goes.

    I live in Eastern KY near the Ohio and West Virgina borders. The majority of shops here exclusively cater to the LSX crowd. If you've got an F-Body you're good to go but if you drive a Pony you're pretty well screwed...There's one guy around here who says he can work with a stang but doesn't...
