Yes I did. I loaded the stock tune, then the MIL was illuminated. So I cleared the codes, reloaded stock tune and the MIL is on again.

Thank you for your replies. Tune was reloaded. Battery was reset. Check engine light still came on. The car runs perfectly though. Would I have serious problems if the PCM was damaged?

I have a 2007 V6 Mustang. I'm getting P0605/P1000 Trouble Codes after I loaded the stock tune. I made the mistake of turning the engine on during the load of the tune. Somehow, I read "engine" rather than "ignition". (I don't know how I did that...) Did I damage the PCM? Is there anyway I can...
