Boost solenoid install

Does it matter where you mount the boost solenoid in relation to the turbo and wastegate? My brain says 1/2 between is best but does it matter really?

Mocking up the line lock solenoid, boost solenoid, and vacuum block. Realized the power steering reservoir was gonna go where I had the boost solenoid. Thinking about putting it where the yellow X is now. Is that too close to the turbo? I can easily mount it on the firewall but prefer it to be alittle more accessible.

Learned a few things lastnight. I always thought the wastegate was back by the tranny on these kits but it’s actually up front. Thought the BOV was up under the hood but it’s down by the intercooler. Probably open up piping box today and look things over. Noticed the BOV came with an adapter….hoping since I got the kit that adapters already on the piping
