Hey all, I have noticed that when I rev the engine at at about 1000-1500 rpm's it has a bad vibration then goes away as rpm's go above about 2,000. Have any of you noticed this with your 5.0's? should I be worried? Could it be the aftermarket tune causing this?

So one can tell me if their engine has a vibration around 1,500 Rpm's?

No vibration here. I would say it could DEFINITELY be the tuen. If they effed with the camshaft timing, they could have messed it up.

I put the stock air box back in and returned the tune to stock and it has the same vibration. Dealer told me to try different fuel and see what happens. I usually use Shell but the last fill up was at Meijers.

have you gone over any speed bumps and noticed that it hits the bottom of your car? like your exhaust pipes? it could have put a small hole in the exhaust, that could be causing the vibration, it happened to my mustang too, you can seal it though if it is.
and as far as gas is, when you put in an intake system, you want to upgrade your fuel to the Super selection of gas, that works better with an intake.
