Horn location?

Well since ST forgot to reinstall my horn after my S/C installation, where does this need to be re-mounted? Right now it's just propped up by the whipple air tube.

Well apparently it must be the speaker for my alarm, because it doesn't look like that Any idea where the alarm speaker mounts up?
