I tried a hole saw from harbor freight.....No luck. So since I didnt have a body saw....we had to be creative. Drilled holes all around and stepping up the bit sizes as we went, then used small snips with tin clippers. I sprayed the hole area with rust eliminating spray paint and plastidipped the edges instead of using the supplied vinyl strips. Nerve racking cutting into my car again (more so than with the GT500 valance install), so turned out very well. Yay RTR decklid panel.
Final Result first, so people don't faint from the install carnage:

Snip Snip and hole is made. Bend the sharp ends inward to make it flush:
Paint and Dip:
And also took the time of plastidip my hood vents. First time plastidipping. It was fun and I think it turned out great:
