OEM Navigation HU 2008/2009 Mustang (and possibly other years)

OEM Ford Mustang OEM Navigation Head Unit for 2008/2009 Ford Mustang.

Up for sale is my beautiful OEM Navigation Head Unit pulled from my 2009 Bullitt. My car did not come with this and I retrofitted it when I took delivery of the car, years ago in the golden age of the 3V… precisely 1943 (might have been, 2009).

Equipped with the ability to launch missiles while listening to Cold Play, you will be very excited to plug this into your 2005-2009 Ford Mustang. I have never had any problems with this HU.

This HU is actually equipped with CUSTOM LED’s from my boy, Ronnie Hill (Mustang 30212). This is one of very few OEM HU that have had this conversion. He did an amazing job and it looks great. It completed my interior with the Blue LED’s all around. I will be including the updated Navigation disc. It is version 10P which is 2012 I believe.

If you would like I have an iPod adapter that plugs right in for this head unit. Just does not work with my iPhone 5 - visit my other sale thread. Nothing else is included in this sale besides the Headunit, Sat Antenna, and the 10P Map Disc. I am not sure how to rig this thing in earlier model Mustangs, so you will have to do your homework yourself. As far as putting it in a 2008/2009 Mustang I had no problems plugging it in and having the car flashed via the dealer. Please understand that this may not be "simple" but for me I prefered an OEM HU over aftermarket plus I don't need all the doo-dads.

Damn that's awesome the whole time I had my Bullitt with the OEM navigation I never knew there was a Diagnostics screen like that!!!! That's pretty cool!!!

Is an 07 Shaker 500 different than 08/09? If not, how much trading a 500 and gifting?

07 is different from 2008/2009. I already have a deal pending for one thanks though!

I have a stock shaker 500 hu that I can let you have if you want it. the only kicker is the cd player doesn't work on it

Are you asking if the satelite radio and aux port in the center console will work? Sorry, your question is alittle unclear.

Yes, 2008 Sat was an option and with the Nav you automatically had it equipped. In 2009 Sat was standard. Both 2008/2009 had aux ports, so yes this will work with those when bolted up to the harness.

My wife's car is a 08, no sat, shaker 500. So if I bought this, it would all plug and play? How does ford usually charge to update? The paint on some of her buttons is starting the wear off...and all of her buttons are pink!
