Not stock cams but switching to Boss springs and valves with my Comp Cams Stage 3 cams.It would be a inexpensive upgrade to swap over to the Boss springs. I wonder if anyone is doing that with stock cams.

the boss springs are not much over stock. if your going to take the time to swap, i'd go with the livernois

Who makes Livernois springs for them?
This is probrobaly a stupid question but does upgrading the springs require a different tune? I would guess not.

Dunno, one would think pac, but can't say for sure
NO
I want to leave the stock cams in my car is the thing, so I don't really need a bunch of extra spring pressure. I'm just thinking maybe the Boss springs might be better for a little more RPM and possibly a little better valvetrain stability. I won't need them for more aggressive lobe profiles.
Why would you up the spring pressure with stock cams? How would that affect "valvetrain stability" or let you raise the rev limit? All it would do is slightly increase valvetrain power loss (due to the increase in needed force to open the valves) and perhaps cause unwanted spring harmonics. The stock valve springs were specifically engineered for the stock cams.
