Looks good Scott. hopefully the compressors won't get to hot , since you have them covered up. if nothing else you might want to consider a 12 v cooling fan for the compressor compartment. this would help keep the compressors motor cooler. Still very nice job my friend..

Thanks, will keep the temp in mind.

Not much progress to day as I spent it with the little woman. Did manage to trim the hard board so the carpet fits into the battery box and installed the rear trunk panel.

Took a teaser pic with a cigarette package in the foreground for reference.

Pulled the car out of the garage today for the first time since last fall. Took a quick trip around the block, well actually it was a slow trip, but you know what I mean. Car is dirty I get it!

4 X 4 mode, no longer a requirements to drive up on a couple of 2 by 6's to get a jack under the car. Clearly a win win!

Possibly my alignment height although the back looks like it is a little high. Set at 53 front and 55 rear.

Scott, how much heat does the air compressors cause? My motto is the cooler it is the better. install looks great. Since there isn't a spare there, the only difference I would have done is since you have nice polished compressors and air tank is I would have made a panel to where you could see only the tank and compressors through a heavy thick plexi glass also with vent holes so compressors could breath better. But I understand the covering it up , probably to cut down on the compressor noise and to look factory.

Congrats Scott! looks awesome.. question how high will the front go up? say like going over speed bumps and such. this is going to be my next mod, just have to wait a while to do it.

Looks good
I run 60 up front and 45 to 50 in the rear, but each car could run slightly different

fantastic!

i read somewhere (im not much of a reader so i forget), 45 was optimal PSI. mine are 57-55. im planning to play around with the coil over height one day soon and see about raising the coil overs so i can drop the PSI lower.

Thanks, I am pretty sure the first picture in the series is the maximum ride height, the good old 4 X 4 look.

Not a S197, but something like this?

I did pick up some 1/4 traps from harbor freight that say rated to 140 and they appear to have no issues. Are the SMC bottoms made of plastic or metal?
