If you use straight OBDII Spark knock is PID 3EC. Not sure if the Torque APP does a direct OBDII query or not.

I've also done 2 Fore fuel system installs. Holler if you need help. I've got the fuel pump lock ring too which saves a ton of frustration.

Harbor Freight has a 2ton "big red" or something like that. That's what I used along with a load leveler.
