    ford racing 5.3

    If helpful, I currently have a Brenspeed B326 Ford Boss Big Bore 5.3 Stroker , 9.8 CR with an Intercooled HO 2.3 Whipple at 15 psi on 94 Octane pump gas. Also Has Ford Racing CNC Ported Heads, HotRod Cams, FRPP 62mm Throttle Body, Kooks headers with High flow Catted H Pipe, etc. etc. etc.

    Hood Pins Installed!!

    FYI....Cables/Wires are called "Lanyards". Over time they will not only rust, but they can also chafe/mark the paint at the edge of your hood from all the movement/rubbing. IMO, pins will look just as good without them.

    New Roush TVS pushing 550 hp on 4.6L?

    If it's worth anything at this point, I was at 538 rwhp (Mustang Dyno) with a stock bottom end for about 4 years with no problem at all before upgrading to a Brenspeed B326 Stroker. At the time with....Whipple-HO Intercooled, 94 Octane, GT 500 fuel pumps, great tune, etc. etc.

    HELP Fuel Gauge Reading 1/2 or Empty

    Hey Scott, I remember going through this after about a year when this all of a sudden start happening to me . I put in a new sender unit (expensive) ,and no luck. We then tried reversing the wires on the 500 pumps as some others have done , and wella ......everything was fine again

    Oil Temps

    Normal oil temp 210-220 highway driving, Royal purple 5w-20 full synthetic, 80-85 outside temp, 7 qt pan, and it's not a Coyote. Brenspeed built Stroker Boss 5.0 iron block with Ford Racing 3v Heads, etc. etc. :2cents:
