I had a broken follower also. Stage 3 heads, Comp stage 3 cams, I am going with Comp springs good for +600 lift and new retainers.

Try some teflon tape. Don't over tighten the drain plug it will strip out the threads and I tightend my pan bolts and it quit leaking!

I have Comp stage III cams with about 4k miles. Maybe?

I had a loud noise and a bad misfire in one hole. turned out to be a broken follower, my tech pulled the head and sent it to a machine shop. They said the guides were too tight on two valve stems. I have Livernois stage III heads but they have over 15k miles on them. Any suggestions?

My American Racing high flows lasted less than 10,000 miles before being plugged. I had to replace them to pass emissions!

Thanks for the info, I drive the car mostly on the street and on the track maybe twice a month, I want to get as close as I can to the best of both worlds for what is available.

I am going with a Spec twin disc for the new clutch,

I smoked my Spec3+ and am thinking about a 6060 swap since I have to change clutch. What do you think? 800 rwhp 26x11.50 slicks and 410's

It figures when you spend big bucks for what you think is the best it backfires on you!
