15 f150 changed firing order via the cams, crankshaft is the same. You will need to swap both intake and exhaust cams. Easy button to avoid a lot of tuning is use gen 1 intake cams/timing components and intake manifold. That should be doable since you have the parts already.

I've been researching my 4.6 to 5.0 swap as well. Your trans will bolt up, coyote will bolt in. The big hiccups are fuel and wiring.

Have you tried to source a stock or repop bulb housing that is approximately the right size? That would get rid of your most expensive tooling cost.

I have corsa's and they are drone free, and the cabin noise is a little less than stock on the highway. They scream under hard accell though. I intend on going with an off road pipe in the spring, and I still expect cabin noise to be completely acceptable.

Today was a nightmare, to make it short, I eventually got it to a capable dealer, 25 minutes later they had the keys coded and the car started problem free. Ill start investigating the issue with the tune tomorrow, something definatly does not add up

Also, whenever I do get this issue resolved I will post my findings, not really sure if the pats issue is something from the tunes or if I have locked myself out somehow.
