2006 V6 to 2008 4.6L (or possibly 2007)

I have a stock 2006 4.0L, 5-speed. I'm considering replacing the engine with a 4.6L and the 5-speed. I have definitely found the engine/trans from a 2008 and maybe the combo from a 2007. Does anyone have a comprehensive list on everything I'll need to make this swap? Will the stock 2008 4.6L engine harness plug into a 2006 body? Is the driveshaft different? Would a stock 2008 GT500 driveshaft work? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Why yes I did and found some info but it didn't seem complete. The one thing I don't want to happen is "think" I have everything, only to be held up by one or two parts.
