I made a few changes to the Amazon tune (waiting for the revised tune). I added 1% fuel at the 2K to 4K table and 6.5% to the 4K to 7K table. I also added 1.5 degree of timing in the same tables. Like Rick said, the tune is a little rich to begin with. I also used my M/T E.T streets instead of the M&H racemasters. Track prep was awesome.

1st Run:
60' 1.764
330' 5.452
1/8 8.527 at 80.467

2nd Run: Best:
60' 1.749
330' 5.414
1/8 8.494 at 81.301

The D/A was nearly 3000'

Nice runs! Wish we could get that kind of track prep at Fontana...
As long as you have sticky tires, Fontana is not too bad. I have got 1.7XXX 60' at Fontana, but if you are on street tires, then Barona has awesome prep. My friend with an 07 auto mustang gt with a tune, 3.73 and street tires was running 8.8 to 8.9 with a 2.0 60'.

The stock Pirelli's aren't bad if the track surface is warm. Unfortunately, both times I ran at Fontana...it was overcast and cold.

Man, I want to get some runs in at Barona, but I've been working the last few weekends.

How many runs do you typically get in there?

4-5 runs is the norm. It's usually not just test and tune(TNT). They have a few other categories besides TNT. There are a lot of modified muscle cars there that run in the the 6s and 7s.
