Alternatives to OEM Boss 302 gauges?

Yep...the OEM gauge pod looks great...but it's $1200!

What alternatives out there might shave a bunch of cash off of this upgrade

You can buy just the pod and put any other gauges in it. Or you can get a vent pod or a pillar pod. Or you can duct tape them to the headliner.

Duct tape is sure to be the most weight-saving option.

Somebody also makes a dual gauge pod....where the overhead map lights go.
$1200.00 for the boss setup is nuts. I installed 3 x aeroforce gauges into the A pillar with the sos setup. Then the roush boost gauge into the roush vent pod, at extreme left, on my 2010. You can do anything with an aeroforce gauge, and each gauge has a pair of aux inputs for misc stuff, not included in the OBD output. Then toss in alarms, reading codes, clearing codes on the fly, shift lights etc.
