Anyone Run these 11-12 AB's on '05-09?

11-12 Ford Racing M-5230-MGTCA1


Loved these on my old 5.0 & 3.7 and there's not many options that sound this good on '05's without overspending. Found a great deal so I'm having a muffler shop modify them to work on my 2007 Mustang GT. Anyone try the same with these?

I just picked up a set of those and have had them in for almost two weeks. Needless to say my Borla Tourings are being sold lol. Mine are on an 08 with pypes long tubes and off road x pipe. You'll love them!

What kind of modifications are needed to make these fit an 05?

You can have them cut/swap/weld the stock OTA connections and use the extra hanger on these or stockers. Not sure if the pipes will stick out to far but that can be addressed by cutting off some of the pipe length and re welding.

I had the '12 gt500 axle back that were modified with stock 05-09 inlets and new hangers on my 07 GT. Best sounding muffler on a 3v I've ever heard.
