Yeah, email would be nice. I've exchanged hundreds of pages of info with BofA cc disputes and they just don't do email. Fax or snail mail, they said for this letter it would have to be regular mail.

You are 100% correct about the fax or snail mail, I had a dispute with Lowe's Home improvement & Amex that took 8 months and everything was by fax and snail mail, ultimatley I prevailed.

If you want them to fax it to my work fax # and have me scan it and email it to you send me a PM

Thanks man! I have a direct fax here at the office, but they said that was not an option for this letter. Appreciate the offer though.

Wow, I don't know how you do it man... I would have had a heart attack and flipped shit on liz, I have never done business with them and probably never will now! Can't be pro military than I wont buy shit from you..I too would wait for the letter.

How would you describe this situation? You have the kit and your money and if you refuse to release the kit, than it's like having something you did not pay for.

Just do the right thing and return the kit to us.

Send them an email, letter or better a certified letter notifying them that you will be shipping their equipment back to them immediately following the receiving of the letter stating you won your claim. Have it all inventoried and packaged ready to go at that time. Once that letter gets to you send that junk to them and good riddance.
I have no experience with them and by no means am I bashing them. But bad customer service is one thing I have no tolerance for.
Why I won't buy a Roush product of any kind, but that another story.

Send it back. The above is like having it written in stone. If you send it back and they re-bill, well, don't see how BBR could expect a good outcome.

I don't think he will have an issue sending it back to you, as soon as he gets that letter from his CC company in the mail saying the decision is final.

Yeah Greg do the right thing because you know BBR is all about doing the right thing. Thats why it has taken so long for you to win in this situation. This could have gone so much easier for everyone and BBR could have saved face.

You guys must be dense. I said I would be happy to send it back as soon as I get the confirmation letter from the bank. If you don't have the patience for that then fuck off.

So I AM DOING THE RIGHT THING. Even after ALL the bullshit y'all have pulled. Don't think I have forgotten about the misinformation you stated about me personally. You are scum. Don't EVER talk to me about the "right" thing.

The guy has had to deal with y'all for 8+ months of shitty attitudes, smear tactics and out right horrible customer service. He has publicly stated his intentions on returning the kit. Waiting for something in writing from his CC company is just good, common sense. Not something you guys seem to have much of.




Tom-let me clarify that "pro" military thing up; being active duty and seeing as they advertised and promoted military discounts I had to ask for it and somewhat argue for it; granted, I was not making large purchases with a lot of mark up but I bought tunes, shorty antenne and the Steeda CMD plugs from them and did not receive any discounts.

Interstingly enough is that lately every issue of 5.0 has BBR in it or another company that somehow links itself to BBR...maybe they are so busy getting all the publicity that they don't care about the "little guy" anymore....

I dealt with John. He outright offered to take good care of me if I bought my X-Pipe from them. And he did. Steve has always been respectful to me when I've asked a question and I have nothing against him personally. He's trying to do a job as described by his boss who is, IMNSFHO, a clueless idiot who has let his mother turn his customer service into total shit. The way heh as decided to handle things as of late shows me that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Chris and Liz may be the most wonderful people in the world as friends. But their business practices fucking suck.

Aaacctually- he doesn't technically have the money back. See, most banks just take someone at their word when they are defrauded and issue an immediate credit back to a customer account, as in this case.

However, the bank can just as easily reverse that refund months later if they find that the customer wasn't actually defrauded- or in this case a shady company tells the bank otherwise. If you can't understand why he's waiting on the resolution in writing from his bank, then you probably shouldn't be running a business.
