Here is my solution to the brace. I painted all the pieces to match the exterior since the car was going to SEMA for display and compete in the Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational.

Great job !

I missed SEMA this year, I usually go ever 2 years.

How was it ?

It was the first time I have been so it was quite overwhelming. I also was totally whipped when I arrived at 3am Monday morning and had to have my car setup between and 8am and 10am for Optima Challenge.
There was so much to see and watch!! I thought it was totally amazing and of course with Ken Block and Gitten Jr. outside drifting everyday it was very cool.

I gave up on pictures by the second day and just tried to see what I could. I definitely want to go back again.
BTW The Optima cars led the parade of cars leaving SEMA on Friday so that was absolutely the coolest part of the event for me!!

Don't mean to thread jack but here is a pic of what my rear axle setup is now.

I apologize for the delays ladies and gentlemen. We have been VERY busy with R&D, racing NMRA, preparing for SEMA / PRI....and most importantly, moving to a new location. Thankfully, we needed a larger facility, so we relocated to a facility that is about three times larger in size, and much more suiting for what we do.

In case any of you are local, and wish to come check us out, we are at:

928 Sligh Ave.
Seffner, FL 33584

So, the good stuff. We have finalized the design of the CB004, and will be displaying it at the PRI show on our 2011 GT.

Here is the final piece, this is the picture we will be using for our web-site and for our product release;

Again, I apologize for any delays. One of the main things that has held this project up is trying to ensure it will work/fit properly on every BMR K-Member since 2004...lol

If you have any questions, please ask!

P.S. Pricing will come in somewhere in the $100 - $149 range.

Sweet! Did you get this to work with the OEM k member? And will it work on a 05-09 k member from you guys? Thinking that will be my Black Friday purchase!

It will work on ANY S197 that has a BMR K-Member, and a BMR front Radiator Support. (The RS003 that retains the front sway bar.)

As for working with the stock K-Member, I am brainstorming on that one.

If we don't offer a little "package" in the kit, then I can lead someone through the steps to make it work ,more than likely. I think, if you grab a set of longer bolts for the rack, nuts to match....and "drill out" the threads on the welded on nuts on the factory K-Member, it should work.

Thanks. I have an 09 GT500 and waiting to put in a complete bmr suspension (front to back).

I have about 1/2 of it so far and working on the front now. Quick question if I may? With the kmember and a 1/2" dropped motor mount will that complicate teh lt install? Does bmr kmember make installing lts easier or harder?

Thanks

When we did the install on the car a couple months back, it went very smooth. I don't see the lower motor mounts complicating anything with that install.
