In VA, if you fail a roadside test, after an accident or with a minor in the car, you go straight to jail for 5 days on the first offense. No trail. Just straight to jail. If you blow a .2 or higher, then its 10 days.

At least I know the bum is in jail.

I found out the car is getting moved to my buddy's shop tomorrow. I'm going to head over and take some pictures. I really want to see the door. My son said while it was on the ground, you could tell it was a door. Should be interesting to see.
