I have a on3 kit with the on3 wastegate and bov on it. I have the red and yellow springs in the wastegate which should be making around 8-9 psi. When i make full boost it only makes 5 psi! and it starts to drop off. When i am in boost i can hear my bov the whole time just letting air out. wtf? this was never a problem until now.

It can happen. Let the car idle and have someone rev it while you watch the bov. If it snaps shut then its working proprly if not may be a bad gasket or diaphram. If you need a new bov let me know and I can get you a deal on one.

On a side note may be a small coldside leak as well so make sure you check all your couplers and connections etc.
