I'm debating this as well.

How difficult is the install?

I can swap springs, coilovers, change my oil, replace a door, and all that stuff...the timing chain thing and the spring compressing has me kind of worried. Anyone know if the "average joe" could pull this install off at home without causing serious damage? It's the only thing holding me back.

Noclutch and Loudnlow both seem very knowledgeable on this and they both said basically if you have the least little bit of mechanical knowledge (and some patience) you can do this.
If nothing else hit Chandler @Brenspeed up and discuss it with him. Those guys seem very eager to help out their customers.

Just had mine installed with a few other goodies. Waited 6 weeks while they were on backorder. All I can say whenthe car is warmed and at idle is P_O_I_N_G!!!!! Sweetest upgrade and compliments the stage three saleen package nicely.
