I was curious of how much 2011 gt500 pumps with hat would go for around here? Im upgrading to e85 so stock fuel system would have to go. I just sold bap and 72lb injectors. Have fuel rails, hat with pumps, fuel lines. Just curious what it worth.

They will support up to at least 500 if you have enough pump. IIRC I was able to make 53x with the long gt500 injectors and gt500 pumps. I know that I had to get out of the throttle because it was going lean.

Ok,cool. 47 pounders with gt500 pumps it is then. Should I get a wire upgrade too? Bap? Or is that overkill for 450rwhp?

Definitely get the wire upgrade. Then see where your fuel pump duty cycles are.

Edit: The GT500 pumps come with a wiring harness that includes a heavier gauge power wire. That will work fine.

Do them both. I noticed a drop in dc going from the gt500 12 gauge wire to an 8 gauge wire. A single 40 amp bap will power both pumps fine. You don't need it now but will in the future.

Ok , will do. Since I'll be doing the supercharger install and converting to e85 at the same time, will I need a tune for the initial start up? I know I wouldn't for just the SC, but I'm not sure with the e85.

There's a Ford dealer close to me that is also a speed shop. Sutton Ford in Matteson, Illinois. Dunno if anyone has any experience with them. A guy I know has a Procharged Mach1 that was tuned there and far as I know, it runs fine. But I heard they lost their top tuner, so I'm skeptical.

Also, I was checking on eBay for a Walbro 465....don't see any for $120-$150. More like $200 plus....lol

So I have been thinking of switching to the corn lately.

I keep reading about 47lb injectors and see there are 2 different ones.

47# Fuel Inj 8 Pack M-9593-G302

47# Injector 8 Pack M-9593-LU47

Which is the correct one for my setup. N/A here.

On a stock bottom end you would need nothing else. I dont think the benefit would be worth the draw backs.

LU47.

It won't hurt the lines provided they are stock. A base tune is as easy as changing the stoich in your current tune. If your current tune is driveable then the base tune should be driveable and get you to the tuner just fine.
