Electrical problem wont turn off

I just installed new engine, and ran into a eletric problem.

When i turn the key off, the power Windows, and radio keep power on, even also after i open/close driver door.
I first thought it was the Smart Junction Box , But i also found out that it dont turn off power to the PCM/ and if i push the pedal i can see /hear the throttle body move...

Anyone Idea what it could be ?.

Hmm Strange stang things took the battery off and charge it and next Day it all Works normal

If your battery was that low, you need to check your alternator and all associated connections, including the ground.

If it were mine, I'd also get the battery load tested.

That is odd that you can press the gas and hear the throttle body open/close
