Wheels, tech, racing.... but no place to talk about exhaust. 95% of us have it, and we all care how it sounds/looks. Suggesting a subforum so the sound whores can go to chat about setups, videos, pictures, and tip size!!

I tried and failed. I think the oil guys got 2 or 3 stickies floating around, because, you know, it's hard looking in the back of the owners manual. :roflmao:

Mmmm.... Mustang exhaust. Let's do this, Kimmer! :thumb2: Here's some exhaust porn we have built for Coyote or Boss Mustangs.

May wanna read "Hawgman's Board Rules"

I read them. Not sure what part I am missing. Says don't fuck up the tech threads. I know about that. Says I can expect shit if I ask about what stripe or what color this or that. Not talking about that. Talking about exhaust.

sentiment...

5. Expect me to make some kind of smartass comment in every thread title that contains words such as "What color stripe", or "Which springs" or "Which CAI is best" or "Lets see a picture of your <insert color here> car". I mean really.... do we look like we are a forum board for those questions? Take those back to here.

Honestly, I have no issue making a dedicated exhaust sub-forum. As long as it does not create more work for the moderators by doing so. Because we already know what is going to happen....

Someone is going to create an exhaust thread in tech. The thread is going to get moved to the exhaust forum. The user is going to bitch because he felt the thread should be tech.

Someone is going to create an exhaust thread in the Mustang Chat section. The thread is going to get moved to the exhaust forum. The user is going to bitch because he can't find his thread anymore (even though a redirect will have been left)

Someone is going to create an exhaust thread in the video section. The thread is going to get moved to the exhaust forum. The user is going to bitch because it was a video of what his new exhaust sounds like and it should be in the video section.

Someone is going to create an exhaust thread and put it in tech even though it isn't tech. He is going to put in the thread "I know this isn't tech, but not enough people visit the exhaust forum, I put it here to get more visibility, don't move it". It will get moved to the exhaust forum. The user is going to bitch and whine about it.

Someone is going to create an exhaust thread in the exhaust forum. Then they are going to duplicate the thread in the tech forum and the Mustang Chat forum. Again, their excuse is going to be the exhaust forum does not get enough traffic. Their duplicate threads will be deleted. They are going to be butthurt about it.

See a pattern forming here? We have been down this road before.

There are enough separate sections on the forum now, the mods spend half their time moving shit to the proper section. There are plenty of places on the net to find out what a fucking exhaust sounds like. Just my :2cents:
