It will definitely help...

From my experience, and others my argue differently....But I would unhook one side while on the street....

My shop said it's alright, but at the track just set it with me in the car.

I drive pretty aggressive every place I go so I think I will just leave it hooked up.

Driving aggressively on the street with the links connected=broken anti roll bar or unibody.

Not in the turns... I know someone that has theirs connected for over a year with no problem and has the same driving habits as me. If it brakes I will buy another. If something else brakes I will buy another.

Thanks for the heads up though, I am going to look more into it.

Not a bad starting point at all.

Trap speeds vary a lot with conditions, people tend to read to much into them. If tracks raced in both directions, you would see how much effect wind has when you have really fast cars. These cars aren't aerodynamic at all, so a headwind will really kill the trap.

Last time I was out in September, I ran 11.71 @ 119 and 11.69 @ 122. The higher trap was all wind at my back at the top end.
