I believe it is solid steel.

No more than 5-6 track days. I do have extra ARP studs and nuts I can throw in with the sale.

Is the mgw threaded for stock knob?

I do not believe it works with the stock knob and wouldn't look right with it.

Yes, a Torsen T-2R will be going up for sale soon. Just didn't have a chance to take pictures yet. It has been on the car for 5k miles (less than 1 year). It has 5 track days on it and maybe 7-8 autocross days at most. I did have my tech open it up to see how it looks inside, he said everything was perfect no sharding metal or anything. Will be for sale around $550 shipped.
