A different pump is easier and cheaper.
AEM 50-1000 (for gas)
AEM 50-1200 (E85)
Agreed. I hate how everyone jumps straight to BAP to band-aid a weak fuel system. It is more work and more risk, sometimes even more expensive.

Yes. Pretty much any pump under the 405s is direct swap.that aem works in an 06?
It's fairly easy. The hardest part is getting the lines of the stock fuel pump. It can be a bitch.i'm the same way but about baps but i dont know to much about drop in fuel pump replacements.
You sure? That would be pushing the stock pump pretty far in the rwhp range.I would do a wire upgrade, but you don't need a pump upgrade for a bolt on wet shot (100-150) non boosted car.
If the built rear end is still available in for sale section, i could possibly do comparison. That's why I'm doing a GT500 system with dual AEM 50-1200 for my HP performance turbo kit on E85
Got the setup for a good deal (thanks Jason) and it had dual 405's in it. Sold the 405's to offset the cost of the AEM's.
It's too bad you'll be running your new setup initially with the different gears. I would love to see a datalog of boost pressure versus RPM with your 4.10's and then with the 3.31's. Oh well.
Larry, did you get the pump you picked up from the forum yet?
Lol. You ain't right

Yep. Already repinned it with a 10 gauge wire and deleted the pprv. Going to run a -8 hose from hat to rail and see how far stock gt500 pumps will go on e85.
We saw just over 700rwhp same setup on e85, only with a bap as well.
Just the PPRV delete and 8an line and filter upgrade is good for 25% drop in duty cycle.
