getting check charging system error code

So I replaced my Shaker 1000 system for two kicker tens and rockford amp. Pioneer dvd head unit.

Now every once in awhile I get the check charging system code and red battery light. Goes away within 30 secs or so. I run the system check and its all ok. This last time I had the music up pretty loud don't remember if that's consistent with the other times. Just wondering if anyone has had similar issues. Is it just the draw from aftermarket system or could alternator be going out?

Probably the Rockford Amp is drawing more amperage than normal and your Alternator can't keep up with the demands. Have the Alternator professionally checked.
