I recently did the spark plug non fouler trick on mine, had the rear o2's turned back on, drove around for a week and passed with no problem.

What is the spark plug non fouler? Is that the same as the O2 anti-fouler?

They use sniffers here so I'm putting the cats back on today.

Non-foulers (anti-foulers) are made for spark plugs, we adapt them for use on the O2 sensors.

Oh ok. I got mine from Brenspeed, never knew they were originally meant for something else.

On my car, I used 3 spark plug nonfoulers (2 drilled, 1 nondrilled)/side and Bosch o2s. I also moved them to the outside of the pipe after the hollowed out cats facing the outside of the car. They seem to do the trick with long tubes, gutted cats and x pipe.

Just to update.

EVAP is the hardest test to accomplish.
Concentrate on this test first.
Once done the rest is cake.

You can bypass the cold soak time this way:
1. Hook up your scan tool.
2. Turn Key ON then OFF then back ON.
3. Clear all the codes at this time. This also resets the tests.
4. Without turning the key OFF start the car and idle 15 seconds.
5. Proceed to drive the vehicle in the way described in the original post.

Keep in mind your tank must be between 1/2 to 3/4 full.
This must be accomplished within the first 30 minutes of driving.
Accelerate and decelerate smoothly to avoid the fuel sloshing around. SLOW starts and SLOW decels (Snail pace).
Drive around 40 mph as steady as you can.
Outside temp MUST be 40F or above.

If at first you don't succeed... Start over.
