I love it so far but all I do is look at it in the garage. I need to get the the DMV and get plates. It is 25 now so I'm getting antique plates so I don't have to deal with the inspection. It was nice yesterday and and I coupldn't resist a short spin. It makes decent power but has cheap rear tires and zero traction. I'm thinking about picking up some 9x15's and running a little narrower tire on the street, the current 10x15's with 285's rub a little even after some mesaging the wheel wells with a BFH. I want to keep the 10x 15's for track tires since my 26x10 15r slicks don't rub.

I am in the fox club now, pur a coupe. I know what you mean about no traction. What rwhp are you putting down?

Beautiful car, tried to buy one just like it but the guy decided he could not part with it. Mine is suppposed to be at 418 rwhp but I have not had it on a dyno yet. I love the chrome ponies.

Thanks. This one only puts down 270 rwhp and no traction. I like the chome ponies, but welds would be more suited for the track and traction. It needs upper and lower control arms. I have alot of work to do before it hits the track.

Are you running it Apr 6th at our track rental?

If you check the Corral they had uppers/lowers brand new for $149 shipped...that's where I bought mine that went with "my" fox.

Here is current work on a Chevy II a friend of mine is doing.. His cobra was at Wild Wheels and took an award. I Just got back into touch with him after 20 years. He owns a shop called One Off Customs in EC. Facebook can be useful. LOL!! He has been doing body and paint work back since when we were 16. He painted one of my cars some young girl hit . I wish it was a few years back so he could have done my hood and other parts. He was "Walt" picky about stuff back then and from speaking with him over the past few days he still sounds that way which is a good thing!
